Welcome to Sunaama! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Sunaama's website (sunaama.in) and name consultation services.

By accessing this website and/or purchasing consultation services or products from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions for Name Consultation

• **Advance Payment:** The consultation fee is to be paid in full in advance. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes (18% GST).
• **Non-Refundable Fee (Accuracy vs. Satisfaction):** While in most cases people are satisfied with the accuracy and quality of the consultation and like the names suggested, sometimes a client may not be entirely satisfied or may not like the suggested names. The consultation fee is strictly non-refundable even if the client is not completely satisfied or does not like the suggestions, as the onomastician (Nityānanda Miśra) will have dedicated time and effort to the consultation anyway. Sunāma guarantees linguistic and etymological accuracy, but not subjective satisfaction. You may not like the suggestions, but you will not be misled.
• **Turnaround Time:** The standard turnaround time is 3–4 business days for email-based consultations (Options 1 and 2). For video consultations (Options 3, 4, 5, and 6), turnaround time to schedule and conduct the session may be up to one week.
• **Service Non-Delivery Clause:** If for any reason, consultation (commentary on a requested name or a live consultation session) is not provided within two (2) weeks of payment, the payment will be refunded to the client after deducting any payment gateway processing fees incurred by us.
• **Pricing & Fee Revisions:** The charges indicated on the site are subject to change in the future.

Book Orders & Physical Products

• **Cancellation of Book Orders:** Cancellations of book orders will be considered only if the request is submitted within 2–3 days of placing the order (except for consultation bookings). Cancellation requests cannot be entertained once the shipping process has been initiated.
• **Damaged or Defective Items:** In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team at support@sunaama.in within 2–3 days of product receipt. The request will be processed once verified and determined at our end.
• **Refund Processing:** For any refunds approved by SUNAAMA, it will take 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the original source payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, names, branding, etymological research, commentary texts, layout, and materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Sunāma (Nityānanda Miśra). Unauthorized reproduction, modification, resale, or public commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.

Acceptable Website Use

You must not use this website in any way that causes damage to the website, impairs site availability, or violates any applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

In no event shall Sunāma, its founder, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunāma from any claims or demands arising out of your breach of these terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The provision of consultation services and the use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising between the onomastician (Nityānanda Miśra) and the client.
