Cancellation & Refund Policy

No Cancellation Policy

Once a consultation is booked and payment is made, the booking cannot be cancelled. All consultation fees are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your consultation up to 48 hours in advance by emailing bookings@sunaama.in. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation may not be accommodated.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to join the scheduled video call without prior intimation, the consultation fee will not be refunded and the consultation will be considered as completed.

Exceptions

In case of extenuating circumstances, please reach out to bookings@sunaama.in and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Email Consultations

For email-based consultations (Quick Validation and Detailed Commentary), once the payment is made and the request is submitted, cancellation and refund are not possible.
