The fee will be non-refundable even if the client is not completely satisfied, as the consultant will have to spend time anyway. Sunāma guarantees accuracy, but not satisfaction. You may not like the suggestions, but you will not be misled.

Consultation once booked, cannot be cancelled. However, you can reschedule the booking 48 hours prior to the time slot by mailing us at bookings@sunaama.in. Not all requests can be processed due to limited availability.
